At SMPO EU, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within Spain (mainland and islands, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, subject to carrier availability).
We do not currently ship outside of Spain. If you are located outside Spain, please do not place an order.

Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and order total.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [support@smpoeu.com].

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Important Notes

  1. Age Verification — Vaping products can only be delivered to persons aged 18 or older. The carrier or our team may require age verification upon delivery.
  2. Accurate Address — Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
  3. Damaged or Missing Items — If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products.
  4. Hazardous Goods — Some vaping products (e.g. batteries) are classified as limited hazardous goods. They may be shipped separately or with specific carrier restrictions.
  5. Customs & Islands — Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to additional processing time. Any applicable local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
