SMPO Return & Refund Policy
At [SMPO EU], we stand behind the quality of our gaming gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your gaming peripheral must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

It must be in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, keycap pullers, and accessories.

You will need to provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from our official store.
2. Damages and Issues (Warranty Claims)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
Note: This warranty does not cover defects caused by user modification, accidental drops, water damage, or intense wear-and-tear from gaming rage.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
4. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
