1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during Black Friday or Cyber Monday), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer reliable worldwide shipping to ensure gamers everywhere can gear up with SMPO. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (US/EU): 7–12 Business Days | Cost: Calculated at Checkout / Free over $50

• Express Shipping (Worldwide): 3–7 Business Days | Cost: Calculated at Checkout

• Rest of the World: 10–15 Business Days | Cost: Calculated at Checkout

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a unique tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [support@smpo.com] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5. Shipping Addresses & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot change shipping addresses once the package has left our fulfillment center. Please note that we generally cannot ship high-performance gaming peripherals to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses via express methods.
