Thank you for shopping at SMPO. We are committed to delivering your premium gaming gear and accessories to you safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

• Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays in Spain/EU) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Shipping Notification: You will receive another automated notification with tracking details as soon as your package has been handed over to our courier partners.

• Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or major holiday seasons), processing and transit times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and advise tracking your shipment via the link provided.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (EU Market)

We provide reliable shipping services across the European Union (EU) and neighboring European regions. Shipping charges and delivery options for your order will be calculated based on order value and package weight, clearly displayed at checkout.

Our shipping structures for European destinations are outlined below:

Note: For packages exceeding 2.0 kg or shipping to remote European islands/territories, rates will be dynamically calculated at checkout.

3. Eligible Destinations

We primarily service the European market. Our core delivery destinations include, but are not limited to:

• Western & Central Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria.

• Southern Europe: Spain (Mainland), Italy, Portugal, Greece.

• Northern & Eastern Europe: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary.

Restrictions: We generally cannot ship high-performance gaming peripherals to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to courier restrictions for secure signature delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your gaming gear has shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email containing a unique tracking number.

• Please allow 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's platform after receiving the link.

• If you have not received your package within the estimated 15–20 business day delivery window, please contact our support team at support@smpoeu.com with your Name and Order Number. We will immediately investigate the status with the logistics provider.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (VAT)

• Within the European Union: For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included at checkout in compliance with EU regulations. No additional customs duties apply upon cross-border transit within the EU single market.

• Non-EU European Regions: For destinations outside the European Union (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), SMPO is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and postal code are accurate and fully completed at checkout.

• Address Modifications: We are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address once the package has departed our fulfillment hub.

• Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package from the local carrier depot, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender costs incurred.
